Chainlink and ICE Launch Real-Time Forex and Metals Data on Blockchain
Chainlink has partnered with Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) to integrate high-quality foreign exchange and precious metals data directly into blockchain networks. The collaboration leverages ICE's Consolidated Feed, aggregating market data from over 300 global exchanges, and channels it through Chainlink's Data Streams—a critical infrastructure for more than 2,000 decentralized applications.
This initiative targets three strategic objectives: enhancing transparency in on-chain markets, accelerating the adoption of tokenized real-world assets, and reinforcing blockchain's credibility in traditional finance. The MOVE signals growing institutional confidence in decentralized oracle networks as a bridge between legacy systems and Web3 infrastructure.
